Medieval Village of San Severino
The medieval village left today was founded by Longobards.
Elevated S.Saverino position, it is in higly strategic position, in fact its castle (today still visible) formed with that of Palinuro´s and Molpa´s a defensive wall that reveled of vital importance in the war Angioino Aragonese.
The village appeared very simple , following the main street arrive in a room where an old little church dedicated to Santa Maria degli Angeli and San Severino dates from the nineteenth century.
