Holiday cottage accommodation at the Blue Marine Holiday Village, Italy

Our accommodation in the holiday village is becoming well-known in Italy for being clean, modern and well-maintained. The holiday cottages are clustered amongst trees, gardens and olive groves and have air-conditioning, fully-fitted bathrooms and satellite tv. Look through the photos on this page and imagine yourselves already in Italy, sitting on the patio with a large glass of Chianti on a warm Summer evening, looking out over the gardens through the olive groves! We have three main types of cottage / apartment; the 'Velia', the 'Paestrum' and the 'Sirene'.

The Velia holiday cottage apartment

There are three variations of the 'Velia' holiday cottage:
a) We have eight apartments having an internal kitchenette and a large canopy for you to enjoy romantic outdoor meals in the warm Italian evenings. There is no private garden with this option.
b) The second type of Velia holiday cottage is on the ground floor of the complex along with other apartments (a complex has 12 apartments); this type has a pleasant cooking area on a covered patio outside of apartment and has a beautiful private garden too.
c) The third type of Velia is situated on the ground floor of the complex and it's different because this doesn't have a kitchen (i.e. only the room with bathroom). It has a beautiful private garden with a table and chairs where you can sit and relax on the lawn over a glass or two of vino or just relax before a busy day out! This type is without a kitchen for those that take the half pension rate using the restaurant. There is a refrigerator for your cold drinks.

All the ground-floor 'Velia' accommodation measures 25 sqm and sleeps 2-4 in a separate bedroom with a single and double bed. (Click for plan of Velia cottage)

The Paestum holiday cottage apartment

Paestum apartments are all situated on the ground floor with an outside patio and attached covered kitchenette and all of this has a private garden with lawn. Inside, the Paestum has a large room with a double bed, and for the children is an additional space (when entering the apartment you'll find a bunk-bed and a door that go to the large room).

A larger holiday cottage of 35 sqm comfortable for sleeping 3-4 people in separate single and double rooms - ideal for a family or small group of friends. (Click for plan of Paestum cottage)

The Sirene holiday cottage apartment

There are two types of Sirene apartment;
a) The first type of Sirene is situated on the ground floor and has 2 large rooms (one with a double bed and the second one can be arranged for 4 single beds or one double bed). This type of the Sirene holiday apartment has a very big covered patio and cooking space, with an equally large garden too.
b) The second type of Sirene is situated at the first floor of complex above the Velia. this Sirene has 2 big rooms (one with a double bed and the second one can be arranged for 4 single beds or one double bed), The cooking area is situated outside of the apartment on a covered patio, but of course, this type of Sirene he hasn't a private garden since is on the first floor.

Our larger first-floor holiday cottages show the wonderful Italian flair for design and architecture and has separate twin and double rooms suitable for sleeping 4-5.
